Our Story
Hello! My name is Jen Zawadzki, but most people call me Jen Z. I am a transformational expert, breast cancer warrior, mother to the most amazing human, and founder of Future You Project®.
Our story begins in the spring of 2018 when I found myself in the middle of an unexpected divorce. I was heartbroken, lonely, and feeling completely lost when I started receiving anonymous gifts & letters in the mail that were addressed from the future version of myself, "Future Jen".
For five weeks in a row, these gifts & letters reassured me there was a light at the end of the tunnel, and brighter days were ahead.
Before I knew it, I started to believe "Future Jen" and the journey to becoming my best future self began.
In under one year, I formed new habits and learned mindset mastery skills that enabled me to transform into the happiest, healthiest and most successful version of myself I had ever been.
I even got promoted to my dream job, and it was all thanks to the inspiration I received from my future self to reconnect with joy, reclaim my personal power, and reimagine the possibilities of my future.
Then, just when I thought my transformation journey was over, I received one final gift from "Future Jen" ...
It was 11 months after I had received my first Future You gift, on the day of my promotion, when I received a bonsai tree with a note that simply said, "I told you so".
That was the day I knew I needed to share my "Future Jen" experience with the world and the vision for Future You Project® was born.
Future You Project® encompasses all of the personal development programs, inspirational keepsakes, self-improvement resources and activities that empowered me to transform my life for the better – and now they are helping many others, just like you, do the same.
Since launching Future You Project®, I have discovered that life provides continuous opportunities to grow, evolve, and thrive – even through the most unexpected & challenging times.
The journey to becoming your best future self will never be a linear one, nor will it always be easy – but with the right tools, mindset, and support systems in place, you can navigate the challenges, embrace growth, and create a future filled with possibilities.
