HOLIDAY SHIPPING

We sure do! Our team works very hard to fulfill your orders throughout the year and they deserve to enjoy (paid for) quality time off with their friends and family. That is why we close our office and warehouse every year from 12/23 - 1/3. We also proudly provide holiday pay (outside of PTO) from Christmas Eve through New Year's Day. What does that mean for your orders? Orders placed 12/22 onward will start shipping on January 4th.

SHIPPING

There is nothing quite like receiving an inspirational gift from your future self. That’s why each Future You Gift is carefully packaged with love and includes a personalized letter from the recipient's future self.

Free standard shipping applies to domestic orders for all purchases over $89. We do not offer free shipping on international orders.

Knowing that our Future You Gifts™ are almost always a gift, we never include receipts or packing slips.

Orders typically take 2-6 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on where it's going.  Our processing window can be up to 3 days.

Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST and is closed Saturdays and Sundays.

All sales are final.

We're here to help call carriers and track down packages, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee results. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error, we are happy to send a replacement for a shipping recharge fee of $15.

We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada, as well as APO and FPO military addresses and all US territories.

If a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn't get it, our customer care team will do everything in our power to locate it by calling the carrier, and the delivery building to give you all the information you need. This is a rare situation and could be attributable to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim, and we'd be happy to do the same on our end.

FUTURE REWARDS

Future Rewards is our loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend, the more (and better) perks you get. We highly recommend you sign-up. You’re future self will thank-you!

All you have to do is create an account online. The program is entirely free to join—there’s no minimum spending amount required.

RETURNS & EXHANGES

We only offer returns on individual gift items within 15 days of shipment of the items. We do not offer returns on Curated Gift Boxes or 5-Week Gift Experiences.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and be in perfect condition. All returns will be subjected to a $7 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above-mentioned standards.

Please email hello@futureyouproject.com to initiate a return. Once your items are returned, simply place an order for your new item.

We can only cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase, that have not yet shipped. If the item has already shipped, we will not accept order cancellations.
