We encourage all domestic orders be placed no later than 5pm EST on Wednesday December 16, and all international orders to be placed no later than 5pm EST on Thursday, December 10th, for delivery by Christmas.

However, please note that once all holiday orders leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for carrier delays. That being said, we are confident they will love the gift, and you, even if the gift arrival is slightly delayed.

There is nothing quite like receiving a surprise gift of love, hope or joy from your Future Self. That’s why each gift experience is carefully packaged with a personalized Future You letter, and shipped with no price included on the label.

Please note, however, that all individual gift items will ship with packing slips, and do not include personalized letters.

Free standard shipping applies to domestic orders for all of our themed gift experiences.

Knowing that our gift experiences are almost always a gift, we never include receipts or packing slips inside any of our gift experiences or individual gift items.

Orders typically take 2-6 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on where it's going.  Our processing window can be up to 3 days.

**Due to the overflow of volume with our carriers due to COVID-19, standard shipping can take up to 8 business days and unfortunately, this is out of our hands.

If you select one of our expedited shipping options, we will fulfill orders placed before 12pm EST the next business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled in the order in which they were ordered. If you selected international shipping, the box will ship either via Standard or Express, depending on which option you opted for. 

Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST and is closed Saturdays and Sundays.

All sales are final.

We're here to help call carriers and track down packages, but there is only so much we can do. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error, most often an incorrectly inputted address, we're happy to send a replacement, but do charge an $11 shipping fee. 

We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada, as well as APO and FPO military addresses and all US territories.

If a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn't get it, our customer care team will do everything our power to locate it by calling the carrier, and even the intended delivery building to give you all the information you need. Beyond that, unfortunately this is a rare situation that's out of our control, and could be attributable to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim, and we'd be happy to do the same on our end.

We only offer returns on individual gift items within 15 days of shipment of the items. We do not offer returns on 5-week gift experiences or curated gift box experiences.

Products must be returned in their packaging and in perfect condition. All returns will be subjected to a $7 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above-mentioned standards.

Product must be unused and in original packaging. Please email to initiate a return. Once your items are returned, simply place an order for your new item.

We can only cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase, that have not yet shipped. If the item has already shipped, we will not accept order cancellations.
