HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Yes, it's true - and it's something we are very proud of! Our team works very hard throughout the year and deserves to enjoy quality time off with their friends and family. That is why we close our office and warehouse every year from 12/23 - 1/3. What does that mean for your orders? Orders placed from 12/22 onward will start shipping on January 4th.

We offer free shipping on our Future You Letter™ Subscriptions and Self-Care Subscriptions Boxes only.

Knowing that the majority of purchases made on our website are almost always a gift, we never include receipts or packing slips.

Orders typically take 2-3 days to fulfill, plus the additional shipping time.

Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST and is closed Saturdays and Sundays.

All sales are final.

We're here to help call carriers and track down packages, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee results. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error, we are happy to send a replacement for a shipping recharge fee of $15.

Our Future You Letter™ Subscriptions and Self-Care Subscription Boxes are available to ship within the United States. All other items can be shipped worldwide using the shipping method chosen by the purchases at the time of checkout.

If a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn't get it, our customer care team will do everything in our power to locate it. This is a rare situation and could be attributable to a variety of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim, and will gladly do the same on our end.

FUTURE REWARDS

Future Rewards is our loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend, the more (and better) perks you get.

All you have to do is create an account online. The program is entirely free to join—there’s no minimum spending amount required.

RETURNS & EXHANGES

We only offer returns on individual gift items within 15 days of shipment of the items. We do not offer returns on Curated Gift Boxes or 5-Week Gift Experiences.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and be in perfect condition. All returns will be subjected to a $10 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above-mentioned standards.

Please email hello@futureyouproject.com to initiate a return. Once your items are returned, simply place an order for your new item.

We can only cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase and/or if they have not yet shipped. If the item has already shipped, we will not accept order cancellations.
