SHIPPING

There is nothing quite like receiving a surprise gift of love, hope or joy from your Future Self. That’s why each curated gift box and five-week gifting experience is carefully packaged with a personalized Future You letter, and shipped with no price included on the label.

Please note, however, that all individual gift items will ship with packing slips, and do not include personalized letters.

Free standard shipping applies to domestic orders for all of our curated gift boxes and five-week gifting experiences.

Please note, however, that free shipping does not apply to international orders or individual gift items.

Knowing that our gift experiences are almost always a gift, we never include receipts or packing slips inside any of our gift experiences or individual gift items.

Orders typically take 2-6 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on where it's going.  Our processing window can be up to 3 days.

If you select one of our expedited shipping options, we will fulfill orders placed before 12pm EST the next business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled in the order in which they were ordered. If you selected international shipping, the box will ship either via Standard or Express, depending on which option you opted for. 

Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST and is closed Saturdays and Sundays.

All sales are final.

We're here to help call carriers and track down packages, but we cannot guarantee results. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error, we are happy to send a replacement for a shipping recharge fee of $15.

We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada, as well as APO and FPO military addresses and all US territories.

If a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn't get it, our customer care team will do everything our power to locate it by calling the carrier, and the delivery building to give you all the information you need. Beyond that, unfortunately this is a rare situation that's out of our control, and could be attributable to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim, and we'd be happy to do the same on our end.

FUTURE REWARDS

Future Rewards is our loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend, the more (and better) perks you get. We highly recommend you sign-up. You’re future self will thank-you!

All you have to do is create an account online. The program is entirely free to join—there’s no minimum spending amount required.

RETURNS & EXHANGES

We only offer returns on individual gift items within 15 days of shipment of the items. We do not offer returns on curated gift boxes or five-week gifting experiences.

Products must be returned in their packaging and in perfect condition. All returns will be subjected to a $7 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above-mentioned standards.

Product must be unused and in original packaging. Please email hello@futureyouproject.com to initiate a return. Once your items are returned, simply place an order for your new item.

We can only cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase, that have not yet shipped. If the item has already shipped, we will not accept order cancellations.
