About the Founder

Jen Zawadzki is a trusted partner to organizations navigating growth, restructuring, or operational change.

With more than 15 years of experience leading complex initiatives across strategy, operations, and organizational effectiveness, she works with leaders to identify gaps across people, processes, and systems and to guide teams through the redesign needed to improve performance and strengthen collaboration.

Her work focuses on simplifying complexity, enhancing workflows, defining roles, and building the operational structures that enable sustainable and scalable success.
